Abstract

A 3D crane is a system used to transport heavy loads within a defined workspace. Five regulators are employed for its control. Three controllers regulate the position along the X, Y, and Z axes, while the remaining two use deviation information represented by the alpha and beta angle values. The aim of this paper is to conduct simulation studies to verify the feasibility of controlling a 3D crane system using FOPID controllers. Three control configurations were developed, differing in the number and placement of PID and FOPID controllers. Furthermore, the applicability of this control approach in real-time systems was investigated. Therefore, computation times were measured for the configuration consisting exclusively of FOPID controllers.

Suwnica 3D jest systemem służącym do przemieszczania ciężkich ładunków w określonym obszarze roboczym. Do jej sterowania zastosowano pięć regulatorów. Trzy z nich odpowiadają za regulację położenia wzdłuż osi X, Y i Z, natomiast pozostałe dwa wykorzystują informacje o odchyleniach wyrażonych wartościami kątów alfa i beta.
